In thoughts of gloom, where shadows lay,
Where hearts do weep and minds do sway,
I cast my gaze upon her face,
Her name is Heroin, a captivating grace.
She dances through veins with a seductive touch,
Her allure so powerful, it’s almost too much,
She whispers secrets into willing ears,
And drown the sorrows, erase the fears.
Oh, Heroin, a silent serenade,
She lulls to sleep the demons that invade,
But as her web ensnares their souls,
She takes her toll, and darkness unfolds.
For beneath her beauty lies a treacherous path,
Where dreams turn to dust, and hope meets wrath,
Her tendrils bind, they tighten their grip,
Her spell enticing, a fatal trip.
The heavens weep as they witness her spell,
An elegy of broken souls that dwell,
In the abyss of addiction’s embrace,
Lost in the depths of Heroin’s grace.
But amidst this darkness, we must seek the light,
To guide the lost, to end the night,
For every shattered dream, there lies a chance,
To break the chains and reclaim their stance.
So let us rally, united we stand,
Against the temptress, hand in hand,
With love and compassion, we’ll fight this battle,
And reclaim the lives, Heroin tries to shackle.
Divided by tragedy, united in hope,
Let us rise above, help others to cope,
For in our unity, we find the strength,
To overcome Heroin’s lethal chains.
And as the night gives way to dawn,
Hope shall rise, a new day reborn,
Together we’ll triumph, never to be undone,
Against the siren’s call, our victories won.
